We strive to ensure all product images, specifications, features, sizes and color descriptions are accurate. Minor color differences may exist due to screen display variance, which will not be treated as defective goods. Our smart dough maker photos and functional introductions are for reference only.

3.2 Pricing

All product prices displayed on the site are denominated in the local settlement currency, excluding shipping fees, customs duties, sales tax and other additional charges unless marked “Free Shipping”.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time due to raw material cost fluctuations, promotional activities or market adjustments. Price changes will not affect confirmed paid orders.

If obvious pricing, specification or text errors appear on our website due to system bugs or typos, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order even after payment is completed, and we will fully refund you for any affected orders.

4. Order & Payment Terms

4.1 Order Confirmation

After you complete checkout and payment, an automated order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email confirms receipt of your payment, not a binding shipping contract. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to out-of-stock items, suspicious fraudulent transactions, invalid shipping addresses, or repeated policy violations.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We support mainstream payment channels including PayPal, credit cards, Shop Pay and other third-party encrypted payment services. All payment transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels. We will not store your complete bank card or payment password information.

4.3 Payment Authorization

You authorize us to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method upon checkout. If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, card expiration or bank restrictions, your order will be automatically suspended until payment is successfully completed within 48 hours. Unpaid pending orders will be canceled after 48 hours.

5. Shipping & Delivery Liability

  • Shipping timeframes displayed on the site are estimated references only. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by courier backlogs, weather, customs inspection, remote area logistics restrictions are not our liability.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and deliverable shipping address. Additional redelivery fees will be charged if the package is returned due to incorrect address, missed pickup or recipient refusal.
  • Risk of loss, damage to products transfers to you once the courier confirms package pickup. We only cover damage claims for items broken upon first unboxing submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

All content on this website, including product photos, text descriptions, logos, graphic designs, page layout, video materials, brand copy and software code, are protected by copyright, trademark and international intellectual property laws.
